SHIPPING POLICY

1. Order Processing Time

  • All products are handcrafted. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to prepare and pack your order before dispatch.

2. Shipping Duration

  • Domestic (India): 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • International: 7–21 business days (delivery time varies by location)

3. Shipping Fees

  • Calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight

  • Free shipping within India on orders above ₹4,000.

4. Tracking Information

  • You’ll receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp once your order is shipped.

5. Delays

  • Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather, or customs. We appreciate your patience and will keep you updated.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Galactic Strokes, we understand the importance of a clear and customer-friendly return and refund policy. We want you to feel confident in your purchase, knowing your satisfaction is our top priority. Our policy is designed to ensure a smooth and supportive experience, offering peace of mind with every order. Each product at Galactic Strokes is handcrafted with great attention to detail. We also ensure secure packaging so that your art reaches you in perfect condition. However, we understand that issues may sometimes occur during transit, and we're here to help.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged or incorrect upon delivery. We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, as all products are handmade and often customized. It is recommended to capture a video while unboxing the product.

Eligibility for Returns 

​

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.​​

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was delivered.

  • A proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is required for all return requests.

  • Returns will not be accepted for items that show signs of use, damage due to mishandling

Your return request must have the following details. ​

1. Video & picture of the packaging, and any damaged product.

2. Reason for the return.

3. Your Order number.

Please ensure you contact us within the 7-day window to initiate a return. After this period, we will be unable to process any return requests.

Refund 

​

  • Refunds will be issued only if the product was damaged in transit or wrong item delivered.

  • After inspecting the approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 8-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Custom Orders and workshops​

 

At Galactic Strokes, each product is hand crafted with care and precision. Custom artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless damaged during delivery. There will be no exchange for returned orders.
